How limits work

Production API usage is counted against the active package.

Each user has one active package at a time. When production API requests reach the package limit, TraceIP blocks additional API usage and clearly reports that the limit is over.

Plan fit

Choose based on how IP intelligence supports your business.

Support teams

Use TraceIP to explain access problems, blocked regions, ISP details, and customer network issues.

Security teams

Review unfamiliar login sources with network owner, geography, blacklist, proxy, VPN, and Tor signals.

Product teams

Enrich backend workflows and admin tools with dependable IP context through one production endpoint.

Billing questions

Paid plans are handled through Stripe. You can view invoices, download PDFs, and manage payment methods from account settings.

What happens when I reach my request limit?

Production API requests stop until the package renews or you move to a higher plan. This protects your account from silent overuse.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. The pricing page and billing settings connect to Stripe checkout and the billing portal for subscription changes.

Do website lookups count toward API usage?

No. The website lookup flow uses a separate authenticated web endpoint. Production API usage is counted separately.
